Bracket Questions
How do I create a Bracket?
You can learn how to use the Bracket Maker by going through the interactive tutorial on the Bracket Maker page by clicking the "Create Bracket" button in the header of most pages. Once in the Bracket Maker, open the tutorial by clicking the question mark "?" icon in the panel on the bottom left of the screen. The tutorial button will then open up the interactive Bracket Maker Tutorial which will guide you through the steps of creating a bracket.
How do I download or print my Bracket?
Once you navigate to your bracket's page in the Bracket Maker, there will be a download icon in the header on the top right of the page. The icon will open the Download / Print Bracket Menu which will provide you with a number of settings that allows you to customize the way you want your bracket to be exported.
How do I delete a Bracket?
You can delete a bracket by logging in to your account and navigating to the Dashboard page. The Dashboard will list all of the brackets that you have created under your account. You can click the "..." icon next to your bracket (or right-click your bracket) which will open up a menu that gives you multiple options, including the option to delete your bracket. This will send your bracket to the trash where it will be permanently deleted after 30 days. If you want to permanently delete it immediately, then navigate to your Trash page where you will have the option to permanently delete your bracket.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by logging in to your account and navigating to the Billing page. The "Cancel Subscription" button can be found at the bottom of the Billing page. Alternatively, you can remove all your payment methods to ensure that they will no longer be charged.

Please note that your account may not immediately show as canceled due to the fact that subscriptions with time remaining on the current period will allow you to keep access to your account for the remainder of the period before access is blocked and the subscription is fully canceled.
How do I delete my entire account?
If you are absolutely sure that you want to delete your entire account and all of your brackets and data, then reach out to our contact email address and our customer support team will help you fulfill your request.
How do I change my email address?
You can change your email address by going to the Change Email page in your account settings.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password by going to the Change Password page in your account settings.
